HTML - How to open new window? strict & Accessibility

Hi,

im trying to open a new window.:major

im using HTML Strict (must be HTML strict) [W3C]
and im using Watchfire to check Accessibility.

im currently using:

Code:

<A HREF="javascript:void(0)" onclick="window.open('http://www.google.com')">google</A>

although this code is valid for W3C its not valid with Watchfire Accessibility.

any ideas?
