HTML OR whatever

    Ok heres my problem, I have a website built with menus on the left hand side. I have installed phpbb forums and have a link which links to the forums. I want the forums to be viewed with the side menus. Phpbb is a little messed up for that because i'd have to mess with the template files and add frames and the menu to them. Is there a way just to load the page into a frame so it keeps everything else?
