HTTPS not working on important sites

    So i just realized yesterday on Google the https was crossed out meaning the connection was not secure. Also this also happens on paypal and other sites where generally i want HTTPS to work.

    Please see the screenshot what Chrome is telling me, also it seems its only in Chrome and i have already verified my date and time are correct.

    When i first load a site it seems https is working but once the page loads fully it crosses out the https.http://i62.tinypic.com/98agzo.jpg
