Huge PC problems - No my docs / no usb devices ext

Hi all,
I really hope you guys can help here, i've had so many issues I'll try my best to make sence...

I think I got infected with a number of viruses, trojans and other nasty bits a few days ago, including windows security XP, Nod32 seemed to remove these, BUT my PC auto-restarted and I had no wallpaper, no desktop icons (other than the recicle bin)... also my docs was empty, and my external hard drive isn't showing up.

I since ran Mailwarebytes, that removed 4 more infections... But still no joy... So I since formatted my copy of WinXP (32bit) with a copy of Win7 (64bit) that I found... I did what should have been a full format NOT upgrade.

I now have a 'new' copy of win7 fully instailed, but the problems are still there, ALL of them (no my docs, no wall paper, no icons ext)...

Please help if you can, I'm a photographer and can't even edit up my images as my camera isn't showing up.

ALSO I've been getting lots of other errors, including .exe files not being recognized, my graphix card not being recognized, and a 5 beep beep code error on start up sometimes (I think that means procesor error?)

 

UPDATE:
Ok i can now atleast make shortcuts and save files to my docs... the only big problem now (other than the beep error) is my camera and external HDD are not showing up in windows...
