huge problem formatting win xp

here is my problem if somebody could please help me:
my computer is stuffed with hijacking spyware and i am trying to format windows xp and install a new version
i have an external cd and i tried rebooting with the floppy but an error occured on the disk 2 saying error 7 then i unplugged the usb driver and i tried again having a problem on disk 6 saying unmountable boot volume... im stucked....help

 

There probably is few way's too solve this.
Is this a Laptop?
