huge ventrilo problem

    Some times when im on ventrilo and im talking with my mic it goes completeley staticy for the other people hearing it and they say its really loud and i wana know how i could fix that i dont think its my MIC because i have 2 and they both do the same thing at times so could some one please help me on how to fix it or is it just the codec of the server?
