Hunting a pair of programs

I'm currently hunting a pair of programs that Google isn't helping me out a great deal on.

The first one I need is a program that would give me all the dependencies of the program such as registry entries, DLLs, system files, etc. The problem is, I'm trying to remove non-malware programs and their paper trails. I know some registry cleaners would deal in such a thing, but there's still the matter of modified dll's and things of that nature that tend to hang on.

The second one is a bit less complex. For Christmas, I bought about 10 of those digital photo frames for friends and family - the DigiBlue Disney Pix Digital Photo Frame. Problem with them is (aside from being ridiculously and almost suspiciously cheap) is that they can't read JPEG files directly from a memory card - they appear scrambled. To fix it, I simply open the JPG file in Microsoft Paint and just save it. Nothing more. Nothing less. No resizing. No configuration changes. Just Open and Save. I would like to find a program that automates this process as the family I've given these frames to are not the type who would go through hundreds of digital camera photos to do this.

The latter I can easily write a program for using either VBScript or Kixtart. But, if there's already one out there, it would save me a lot of time...and get back on speaking terms with some friends and family :confused.

    Thanks.

Regarding the first question, Revo uninstall program seems to do a good job of cleaning up registry and other entries. Just type Revo in the box on MG homepage to find it. Give it a look anyway.

    Hi

On your second question on batch conversion of images then try XNView its free and will do batch conversion fine, download HERE

To do the batch conversion, just open the app and then browse to the folder of the images (would use a copy to start with uuntil you are used to this application, alwasy worth a backup first), then highlight all the images and then right click and choose Batch Processing or CTRL+U and then choose your Output folder and image format and click GO (you can add other transformations etc if you wish, but guessing yo ujust need a quick batch conversion)
