Hurricane Charlie has been upgraded to a CAT 3 Storm, Everyone Up in Northern Florida, Please be safe, Here in Ft Lauderdale we will have only bad storms, \Coverage Of The Hurricane Webcam Has resumed, Bright and sunny at the moment, But not for long, we are expected to get the outskirts of the storm,,and just had a tornado warning for Broward County.
