   Yes, but the 8800 series are not going to take advantage of Hybrid SLI Boost feature as they dont have the tech built into those cards, you need one off this list http://www.nvidia.com/object/hybrid_sli_desktop.html as well as a Hybrid compatible PSU, to take advantage of this Power Saving tech.
   
   Also need to be running Vista as it no work with XP.
