hynix flash driver help

    Can anyone help me to find a driver for my flash stick. It was working fine until i left the stick in when i reinstalled xp. now the only thing it dose is show up but it will not hold a file and I cant find a driver for it. Its 1gb

    Hi

    You shouldnt need a driver for this flash device,

    What Service Pack is loaded with XP now?

    Did you install all device drivers including Chipset?

    If you open Device manager, are there any yellow ! marks, and if so by what?



    But what I would do is open Device Manager and then open the USB Controller branch and then plug in the flash stick and may need to hit refresh in Dev Manager and if a USB mass storage device shows, right click and uninstall then remove the flash drive and then re-plug it in and the driver should load again
