Hyperlinks in Access text fields

Anyone know if it is possible to add a hyperlink into an existing text field in an Access database? I just want to add a single hyperlink in a single record so I don't want to have to create the a new field type for just one link. confused

Thanks for that Cat but none of the methods there seem to achieve what I'm after ie a single hyperlink in a single text style record.
