HyperOS questions

I've just been reading about HyperOS and wonder if it's really all it's cracked up to be. Also saw references to Partition Magic 8 as though it was included in Hyper OS. Is this the case? Can hardly imagine that Symantec is allowing/licensing someone else to use stuff they acquired from PowerQuest.

Last of all, are there licensing issues with MS if you use HyperOS -- are you, in theory at least, obligated to have a separate license for each copy of Windows you create/clone with a tool like HyperOS? What's Microsoft's take on this sort of thing?

I did a search here and found a few references to HyperOS but not much detailed info. I'd appreciate reading some comments from people who've actually purchased and used it -- which OS's have you run with it and how have you used it? Do you think it's good value for the money? Does it work as advertised? And what about licensing/legal issues and is Partition Magic 8 included with HyperOS?

Going to post just one more time to bump this thread again. I have one additional question about HyperOS also -- is it virtual machine software? Is that how it does it's magic?

And whether HyperOS is or isn't virtual machine software what are its advantages and drawbacks compared to VM products?

Anyone here using it care to respond?

Probably not many responses as not many here have used it, least thats my guess, looks ok, but i use vms, as i only use the other operating systems but for screenshots, so don't care how fast/slow it may run in a vm server.
