I am at a loss

Started new build with an MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate. Intel i5 4440.2x4Gb G.Skill Ares series ddr3 in dual channel and single channel mode. Raidmax Hybrid2 RX-530W PSU. Diagnosed faulty board, replaced with Gigabyte GA Z97-HD3. Diagnosed faulty chip. Replaced that. All parts brand new from get go. Swapped out power, swapped mem, tried single channel, dual channel. 2 fresh installs Win 7 Home Premium(64 Bit). retried another install on new MSI Board.different Ram. then minimal ram. Can it be the tower ? Brand new Rosewill Blackhawk. Tried with no tower. Same results. Different buildings for testing to rule out dirty power. Getting Whea errors, Kernel power errors, continuous BSOD's, Hardware errors, Any troubleshooting suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Almost out of ideas myself. Any suggestions may help. A good round of PC Doctor is in order. Minimal hardware, and the current PSU you are using.
