A program which allows me add virus and spyware programs to CD and flash drives that allow me to run the program from them in succession. We use a program at work that does this (im not able to buy it or add programs to it) it allows me to scan computers with various spy/virus programs and runs them one after the other, it also checks for updates and applys them before each one is run. All I have to do is click start and it will run them all. I dont want to install all of these just be able to run them from a CD or flash drive.

Also looking for a program like above that would allow to run various bench tests or other programs in same fashion without installation.

I need the ability to add the programs I want on there. The one we use at work is great but I cant add the programs I want on there so I can test them out.

    Thanks in advance,

This program looks good and I believe I can use this for some other things. However it doesnt appear to do what I need it to do (I could be wrong) what I am looking for is something that is a GUI that runs in windows and still doesnt install the programs to the PC. This utility looks like it only runs when you boot from it. I need to stick it in on a PC that is already at the desktop and run it from there.

I appreciate the reply and I will definately give that a try.

It is also of most importance that I can put the programs I want on there, not one that already has them included. I have a specific list of apps that I want to run.

    Thanks again,

Is there any other forums or places I can look for answers to my problem?

    Thanks again,

Google links might help. Might not. ;) Scroll down a bit.

Also computer magazine PCUtilities (UK, USA and Australia at least) offer no-install programs each month, as well as 100's of other (install) useful stuff.

Also there are magazines that deal with portable applications, laptops, etc., that would probably be a good bet. Can't offer any names just now. Will check next time I go to a newsagency. :) Bazza

Your looking for quite a bit & unless you know scripting etc it may be a big undertaking. I don't know of anything exactley like what your asking, so it would have to be created and I'd say a good place to start would be with Bart PE. You can use the modules from there to create a 'standalone' version of the applications you want on your CD - spyware, antivirus, etc.. The Bart plugins tell you what files are need and they run from CD/key - no install.
Hope that gives you a starting place.
