I am MAD and need some help

I will try to makes this a short as possible. I have(had) a T3085 emachine. It did not have a bios boot up password option. I got no support from emachine and no support from FICA who produced the board. So I researched and found esupport.com. There are one of your advertizers. I contacted them and they prepared a BIOS file for me. Had some problems with getting the correct bootdisk but got it installed. While booting the checksum doesn't match message came up, because of the new chip, I would choose to not enter the BIOS. After I got all the thigs running I entered the BIOS and set up the passwords. Then I exited and the computer hung after a long time I shut it off. Restarted the computer and I got a blinking cursor and a beep. I took some advice form Jack at www.badbios.com and used a BIOS file from www.emachine-upgragers.info. Got that burned by badbios.com. Installed it and it worked except it would not shutdown it would automatic reboot. The ACPI was not set corretly. I used it like this for awhile. During all this I was looking for chip bunners. I found one in Bangkok, Thailand for $45.00 at www.sivava.com. Not heading the warning from Jack at badbios.com. I burned the chip with the esupport.com file. I got it to boot 10 times bypassing BIOS entry. On the 11 time I enerered the BIOS saved without changing anything. The Flash chip had changed values in it, it would not verify, and my computer was dead. The file esupport sent me was bad.

Now after I boored you with that what I need help with. I need a x86 disassembler and a guide to how the BIOS is set up. I have both BIOS I know where the failure is in the esupport.com version. What I need to do is disassemble the bios find where it saves the CMOS and find out what it does from there. I have programmed Z80, 8080, PICmicro, and St micro so I am comfortable looking at opcodes.

Can any one offer sugestions on where to get this material?

I really liked that computer and esupport gaurentees it's product.
