i am not to bright and need help

    I downloaded a manual for one of my welding machines and it trys to open it in nopepad and it comes up in giberish. it says its a pdf file. what program do i need to download to be able to read the file? thanks in advance

    Fred's right. Foxit works well.
    To add to that, if you use Firefox, you can add a plug-in that is called PDF Download, which gives you the option to read PDF's on-line or download it.
