… using an article in PCU mag, #100, p78

    It refers to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services …

I don't have a "Services" sub-Folder. Does anyone have a "Services" sub-Folder in XP SP3? Or do I have to create the sub-Folder. Most articles usually mention "Create a DWORD", or whatever. The tone of this article is as though it expects a "Services" sub-folder to be there already. :confused

    Same applies to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print …

Print is missing also. :confused :confused

Doesn't make sense Bazza. They are all there on mine. Reboot and take another look, making sure you are following the exact path.

Thanks Lev, for prodding me into having another go. :major I found the sub-folders I was looking for. They were further down than I thought. Bazza
