   download the MG Tools, run through the procedure for your version of windows and collect the logs.
   When you have them, create a new post using the first link and attach the logs, do not put them into the post itself.
   It might be helpful to mention the make and model of computer and what strange things you notice that leads you to believe you might have a malware problem.
