I'm running Win7 64bit and it says my local area network is connected and I have internet access. I try to browse the internet through any browser (Chrome, Firefox, or even IE) and I get error pages saying the web pages are not available. In addition none of my programs (Skype, antivirus, antispyware, and such) cannot access the internet. IPconfig shows everything is working
ipconfig /all says everything is fine.
All the other computer on the same 2wire router work wireless and wired.
I tried doing a restore to when my connection worked but that did not fix the problem.

Also I can ping my gateway and I can also ping google.com. So I can ping outside my network.

Possible screwed up Firewall or network stack on that machine. What firewall software are you running on the computer in question?

Here is a few things to try...
-Try starting up in Safe Mode W/ Networking and see if you get the same problems.
-Check to make sure no program or Firewall is blocking access. You can do this by turning off anything you suspect one at a time.
-Scan to make sure you have no Malware causing chaos on your system. This is probably the most common cause of the symptoms your seeing. The Malware guys have a good starting point here. If any scan comes up positive, finish the steps and then post in the Malware Forums for the Malware Experts to make sure your clean.
-Check to see if your browser setting have proxy turned on. This is another common trick Malware does to prevent you from downloading Malware removal tools.
