i cant connect to "New" Wifi Connections

ive been having this problem for over 2 months.

so i formatted my pc from vista to windows 7 like a year ago. i notice i couldn't connect to any other :new" wifi connections a month ago but i could connect to wifi's i previously connected too.

my wifi says im connected but when i look at the wifi status it says

connection
IPv4 Connectivity: no internet access
IPv6 Connectivity: no internet acesss

then sometimes it says:

connection
IPv4 Connectivity: connected (or internet i forgot)
IPv6 Connectivity: no internet acesss

i tried the internet protocol version 6 and internet protocol version 4 and setting it to autmatic i got nothing.

weird thing is, i formatted my sisters pc like 3, 4 months ago and didn't install drivers, yet her wifi is working perfectly, she can connect to new and old wifis. while i can only connect to pervious wifi connections.
