i can't cut and paste, and other problems

    I ran the spy ware and virus check like at the begining, but ever since then I can't cut and paste. I can click on copy, but the paste button is not working ( ctrl V or right click) also I was trying to go to microsoft.com to look at a grocery shopping list template, and when I click on the link it says cookies are disabled. how do I get that to work? help me please

    and now when I open MS word or excel it gives me this error :

    can not use object linking and embedding.

    click on Start>settings>control panel>internet options,,

    see what it says in the third tab named "privacy", this is about cookies
