I can't delete Kaspersky Lab

My opeerating system in Windows XP Home Edition and i can't find Kaspersky in my start up menu but u can find it when i run search but it says

"Cannot Delete File: Cannot read from the source file or disk"

or it says "Cannot delete kav5.0.20_personalpro_nt_en.exe: Access is Denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use."

when i try to reinstall it an InstallShield error comes up "1608: Unable to create a copy InstallDriver
Return Code: -2147221021

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe the file is write protected and / or hidden.
Right click on the file name, scroll down to "Properties". Click on properties. Check out "Attributes" Look at "Read only"and "Hidden", if both, or either, are checked then you cannot delete them while the checks are on. Bazza
