I can't even tell what I have

I do have a HJT log though. Could someone just tell me what all I need to do to get rid of everything I have?

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.

I've followed the instructions, and all my popups stopped. My internet is still slow as molases, however.

 

If you have completed ALL of the steps in the READ ME, attach a fresh HJT log.

Your log shows no signs of the online scans being ran. You must not skip any of these steps, not only does it waste time it keeps the infections on your compute longer making it more difficult to remove them.

Go back and complete the READ ME, including the online scans. After you have completed the online scans and every other step you skipped attach a fresh HJT log.
