i cant extract packed data crc faild. the volume is corrupt

every time i try to extract somthing i get this error! packed data crc faild. the volume is corrupt!
i have treid using evry extracting program on the market i evan formated my computer and it still dosent work.

its evrithing i try to extract, files are not corrupt because i extracted them on a nother computer. and i know its not RAM because i went and bought newones today and tested them.
i have lucked into many forums and found nothing
hope someone can help because i im out of ideas

 

Try extracting the file on a different hard drive, external drive, flash drive. Data corruption is occurring somewhere.

 

that did not work, but i found an answer. I set bios an defoult and it worked
