I can't figure out the networking

    I have a dsl/cable router hooked to two comps and my modem. I can get internet on both comps, that's not a problem, but I also want printer/fie sharing on my comps. Is it not possible to do this with a dsl/cable router? Do I need a different router?
    One comp is W2K Pro and the other is XP Pro

    Please tell me in lamen terms, I'm a little new at networking.

    You just need to Share resources in order for them to be seen by other machines on the network. Right click on a drive in Explorer or My Computer in WinXP and choose Sharing and Security. Same with a printer.
