I can't figure this out!

today I downloaded incredimail and went through the setup, and then a message pops up to complete setup, I clicked on the icon and it said to make sure I was connected to the internet (which i was) and try again. then it was followed by a error message about the setup script was unable to run.

I tried to set up email anyway, and it won't connect. it thinks that i am not connected to the internet. is there something I need to download or do I need to download the whole thing all over again? it's frustrating! I have tried for hours now to get it to connect.

any idea how to fix this script problem?

 

What kind of Internet Connection do you have?


Do you have the ports open for you to connect and recieve mail correctly?

Did you setup your POP3 accounts? You should have entered something like pop3.server.com and smtp.server.com.
