My old rig got nailed by a malicious web site yesterday and none of my utilities could fix it so having gone to the captkickass school of computer fix it lol, I formated. After the format When I installed the video drivers it would not boot. When I boot in safe mode and uninstall the drivers it will boot fine. when I boot in safe mode I see a list something like.. Multi/system/disk partition/win32 drivers/dll.

Did I not delete the partition correctly? I format almost weekly and have never had this problem. the vid card is a ati visiontek xtasy9200.
any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks.
