I cant install windows going f'ing nuts

OK i have 3 hdds; 200gb sata 120gb ide and 80gb ide. ive tryed at least 20x to reformat and install a 'fresh' copy of WXP onto them; the install ALWAYS fails between 8 minutes and 18minutes as if it was meant to and its pissing the hell out of me. Ive tryed with my authentic WXP home SP1 and WXP PRO sp1s. Please someone help.

 

Miracle? i tryed one last time and it installed...thing is that it installed on the 5400rpm drive; should I not put windows on it and try for the 7200rpmers?

I just realized my clock speed is 2ghz; what am i changing to bring it to 2.2ghz (its a 3200+)

 

no more miracle...rebooted after installing nforce3 drivers and whammo gets stuck on "verifying dmi pool data"

for whatever reason it seems that when i put wxp to format the drive the old wxp install files are there; so then it gives me the option to choose between 3 WXP home boot ups.

 

format the drive completely and try again.
