I can't log into Ebay or Beckett.com

    For some reason I cannot log into these two websites. I have a cable modemn, norton antivirus, a linksys router, and I have run Ad-Aware and Spybot. Can anyone tell me what else I can do to be able to log into these two websites?

    After I type my password, the screen goes white and says done. The only times that I can get on are really early in the morning like 2 or 3 AM.
