I cant seem to find any answers

Has any body here found out away to speed up the process updating windows 7 like making the windows 7 install the update faster.

 

I think the speed of your connection is the main thing here. If you are doing a lot of updates, it is going to take longer than if you do regular, incremental updates. If you are using broadband, possibly scheduling them for a time when traffic is low, usually very late at night or zero dark thirty in the morning...

Once downloaded, process/installion speed would depend on your hardware.

 

Not really all that bad i just freaking hate it when windows 7 has to start 10 times to install the updates windows xp never really had that kinda issue it only took may be once or twice.But windows 7 is like 10 times it has to restart and the install process at the splash screen is what is killing me not the downloads them selfs.

Is there a fix for the installing of updates issue.

Don't know of any way to avoid that issue of the multiple restarts. Whether there were 2 updates or 20 to install I've never had more than one restart after Windows Updates with Windows 7, unless I was reformatting a computer and bringing it back current with Service Packs, etc.

 

When it comes down to download updates it goes by your internet connection but you can't change the speed when it comes to installing the updates.
