I can't seem to shake off W32.Spybot.Worm

I've got a virus called W32.spybot.worm the infected fie is C\:windows\svshost.exe, I am using Norton anti-virus and when I rusn a virus scan, I can not quartine, repair, or delete the file. I followed the removal instructions from symantec but I didn't see anything out of the ordinary in the registry. I am attaching a copy of the log file from hijack this. Can you guys take a look at this and tell me if you can help.

http://www.majorgeeks.com/images/grenade.gif Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
