i cant uninstall gta sa9grand theft auto san andreas0

    can anyone help me cuz now i cant play my gta sa or uninstall it if i try to uninstall it this thing appears and says
    [error loading c:\progra~1\common~1\instal~1\pfofes~1\runtime\10\50\intel32\ctor.dll] and i dont know what else to do plz help
