I can't update Java

I can't update Java or possible Adobe flash player.

I can't see the video on this page.

When I updage Java, it does not update to #10, but stays at #9

I am using IE 7.0

 

Did you try un-install java and re-install and don't forget to check in program files/java to delete everything left there after un-install.....

 

I've udpated to #10 using a manual download, but still can't view the page.

 

Maybe it's the webpage?

 

I did a complete uninstall and reinstall. And it works, and I don't have the old versions which take up extra memory.

 

Download directly from sun microsystems rather from Java control panel,
this usually solves the problem

I checked that page, it's a Flash video, not Java.

 

Yeah, I have problems with adobe flash, like I can't install it or get it to work. My browser has flashed enabled though.
