I-Catcher problem!!! please help for my mum!

Hey people
Im not really computer genious but il try and explain whats been going on.
I recently wanted to make a home CCTV system for my mum as she was worried about me moving out and i wanted to give her piece of mind so i bought an i-catcher program off the interenet and some webcams to hook up to it- only problem was that when i got it i did not have the registration key to access it!!! iv emailed the company hundreds of times and phoned but it seems as though they cant give out keys as it may be "illegally copied or something"
Now just in case u think im lieing il take a few pics of me with the i-catcher box ect if u want me to send them so no worries there- please help as i am leaving soon and am getting worried

What? They didn't package a product key, and they won't give you one? Are they scam artists? I'd search through the documentation thoroughly to be sure that you didn't overlook it, then call the company again, and demand to speak to a supervisor. If you did indeed purchase the product legitimately, they should have no problem giving you what you need to use it. Be sure to tell them that you can provide proof of purchase, and if they still resist, tell them that you will notify authorities! That's outrageous!
