I did a Windows Update and now my computer wont turn on.

    I did the reccommended update and when i went to restart, it never came back on. It has power and everything turns on but there is nothing showing on the monitor. I have an HP Pavilion and its only about 1 yr old.
    My other problem is error message ntis32.exe. I am trying to find out what that means on the web but cnt find it listed anywhere. Please help me!!!!!

    Interesting. My friend just did a WU and now his internet connection isnt working. Coincidence? Perhaps.

    This sounds like a hardware error to me. But I dunno. Sorry I couldn't help much :p

    I did an update yesterday and it downloaded a new win modem driver and I couldn't dial up at all. Did research on installed updates and I had downloaded a agere win modem and prior I had a lucent win modem. Did a system restore to go back prior to download and it works fine now.
