    Hi people.

    I did something stupid.

Windows XP Service Pack 2 trashed my girlfriends PC. We kept getting error messages saying that the System 32 folder was corrupted. I thought that I might be able to get a System 32 folder from my PC and just overwrite her corrupted folder. When I tried to save the file for writing to CD, it turns out that the file is unwritable (maybe it's too big, Windows won't allow the copying of a System folder.... I don't know) and now every time I start my computer, i get a message telling me that I have files waiting to be written to CD. I know this! And I can't delete the files, because Windows won't allow the deletion of these files.

Like I said, I did something stupid. How can I fix this? I just want to get rid of the files waiting to be written to CD and thereby get rid of the stupid files waiting to be written to CD message.

    Please help.
