I Don't Know What This Is, Lots Of People Seem To Be Using My Bandwith

    As the title says. Last time I had anything happen remotely like this was the teredo tunneling thingy(its technical name) I Stopped the ipv6 (I think) but after an update by our glorious OS I find this happening. (sorry if I've added too many pics but I have never seen this)
    All help gratefully accepted even if you want to tell me how much of a simpleton I am before you help.
