I Don't Know Where This Should Go

    I have downloaded a live, interactive E Book which is an exe and I keep getting a message when I try to Open the book that says"Unalbe to install audio playback components" I know that the download is good because I can use it on my husbands pc and it works great but I can't get it on mine. What do I need to do???

    This looks like a software issue or possibly drivers, but the mods will catch it and move it for you. Sorry, I'm not much help at 7 AM.
