I downgraded from vista to XP and I cant hear any sound....please help

    My speakers are properly connected and i noticed I'm missing a driver called "PCI Device", can somebody please help me?

    Visit your PC or motherboard maker's web site and download the audio driver. Alternatively; download and run Everest (link: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4181) and look under Devices > Physical Devices. Hopefully it will reveal to you the maker of your sound card or sound chip. Then go their web site and download the appropriate driver. If all else fails, post the make and model of your PC or motherboard, and we'll provide the links for you. Everest will also tell you the make and model of your motherbaord (and/or the PC if it's a Dell, HP, etc) if you're not sure who made it....
