im locked out of two facebooks even though i know passwords

i get weird messages in thunderbird email is throttled-whats that mean?i go to change password and cant because my fastmail.fm account went off because i didnt pay-wouldnt it be a thing of good will to allow just 5 emails a month in there so we can recover accounts if linked to old email?yes.... so i have to wait a month before new email link kicks in to change password

people getting banned all over the world for there politics and opinions

i suppose i could delete this account right away but facebook?wait one month..."they might miss me awwww!"then create a new account there?i heard facebook wants your email password?...takes one year to delete a vk.com account

 

Well... You're only supposed to have one Facebook account, so if you have two then they most likely did lock you out. Or, alternatively, you did something against community standards and you're in time out. Either way, creating yet another account is not going to help you.

If you were running a business or service, would you allow non-paying customers to use it for free when everyone else has to pay? They assume you're smart enough to change your email with everyone to whom you've given it when you let the old one lapse.

I am unfamiliar with Thunderbird, but it sounds like you are allowed a certain amount of data per month, after which you have to wait until you get more data the next month.

Facebook does not want your email password. They used to request it for some accounts, but they have stopped.
