I Forgot My Password

While attempting to change my password, all attempts to do so resulted in an incorrect current password. Yet I can still access this site and write posts to i.

I cannot find any "Forget password" button to press.

How can I reset my password?

 

This morning I found the "Forgot password" button. I followed the instructions and can now log in with a new password.
I have no idea why I couldn't find the "Forgot password button yesterday, so I'll chalk it up to just gettin' old.

 

There is no such thing as a forgot password button on any Windows computer. You will need either to remember it or set up a new user account.

 

Most, if not all, of the websites I visit have a "Forgot password?" somewhere in the Login dialog. Maybe I should have written "click" instead of "press" in my initial post.

 

Might have helped if you had said it was just a website login you had lost. Sounded like you had forgotten your Windows logon.

 

I reread my initial post and yes, you're were right. I should have been more specific in it.
