I Got Promoted!

As of next Monday, I move over to the escalated support team, a.k.a the "real" Tech Support. This means I get bumped up two levels on the internal scale, in scoping as well as pay. It also means I get to work with the nice people who told me there was an opening on their team and that if I applied for it they'd put in a good word for me with the hiring manager.

I'm going out with the Guy to celebrate my new job now. :wine
