I got the CoolWebSearch crap

I did everything that you requested in the list, in Safe Mode. I returned to Normal Mode to find that CoolWebSearch is still on my system. I have spent many hours trying out other options previous to finding your website. Another thing that I noticed is that IE is running in the "Proccesses" window in the Task Manager; actually there are 2 IE processes running, one at about 10,000, and another at about 3-7000K's
This is very frustrating that you can't remove it like any other program; and that it somehow just stuck itself on my system.

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this. Also, am I giving up sensitive information through these "secret" IE holes?

 

I just use Spybot - Search and Destroy, gets rid of it.
