I hate PSAPLDLL

I searched the forums and it appears I'm the only one with this problem. I try to install anti-virus programs and Windows updates and receive an error message stating that the Dynamic Link Library PSAPLDLL in missing. I've read people asking for PSAP I DLL help, but my problem is PSAP L DLL. I also read suggestions to download and run CWShredder which I've done, and it turned up nothing. People have also suggested to update Windows Installer, but I can't install anything because of this problem. As you can tell, I am very annoyed. I scanned my computer using Symantec's online tool and they have found no viruses. I have Windows 2000. Any help will be appreciated.

There is a psapi.dll but no reference to what you have.
