I have a serious computer error.

    This error occurs upon startup.

    Windows Installer loads,
    and either tries to install or uninstall a program called DocumentViewer.
    While this program does NOT show up in my add/remove programs list, it DOES show up in my CCleaner programs list.

    I have posted a screenshot of the error.
    The error message is titled "Microsoft .NET Framework."
    While the error message is displayed,
    there is also an option to show DETAILS.

    Here are the details listed in the error:

    Now, I'm pretty sure that DocumentViewer is a program which works with my HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One, due to the details of the error dialog...

    Should I simply place the HP CD in my computer and REPAIR from Add/Remove Programs?
