    I Tried to ring Microsoft for help they told me to go to their online forum, they haven't helped and its really frustrating. When in Hotmail (outlook now) my block senders only has 1 blocked sender (normally) now there are hundreds. I couldn't work out why and then my boyfriend told me they are his. Our accounts are not linked in any way. He has signed into his account on my computer but clearly has a different email address and password! Its got me, I have no idea how its possible. Anyone able to help me?

    Hi

    No that's a weird issue as I have 4 Outlook now (but where Live, Hotmail, MSN and Outlook email accounts) and I have not had this crossover.

    I take it on this PC that you only have one main logon account? as in user names for the PC Windows version.

    What is your Windows version and Service Pack?

    If you use say CCleaner and its cleaner function and do not change any options, then reboot, do you get the same?

    sounds like its syncing with his windows live id. i dont have a windows 8 computer in front of me so im not sure if these steps apply but i found this on another site.

    Windows Live Mail button/Options/Safety Options

    Note..Blocked Senders 'List'
    - sync with the signed on Live ID;
    - if no Live ID signon, ie..different list.

    It looks like if you can navigate to "Safety Options" in windows live mail you should be able to find what you need there.
