I have followed your instructions but...

It has gotten rid of 99% of my problems so thank so very much. The only thing that still remains when I run Norton is MediaTicketsInstaller. If finds it everytime and I remove it but it just comes back. I don't see any instructions on how to get rid of it. If you have any instructions or suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Download the following two files, create a folder on your desktop, call it TSC. Save these 2 files there!

Sysclean Package

Pattern.zip

Once you have these downloaded into the folder you just created, REBOOT INTO SAFE MODE!

Once in Safe Mode double click the file sysclean.com. When the system cleaner loads, click SCAN to start the scanner. After you complete the scan reboot and attach a fresh HJT log.
