I have No Drivers

    Hey guys i just recovered my computer with windows xp media editon its a sony vio i checked that model on their website they dont provide any information for drivers for it.

    i just recovered it and i have all the drivers missing. i used everest and i got the report hoping any one would be able to help me.
    i dont really know how to find out what type of drivers i have.

    any help would be appreciated

    All your drivers were pretty easy to find at the Sony Downloads site. Install the Intel chipset drivers first, and do NOT use the nVidia video driver; use the Intel video driver. Your model of laptop was sold with one of two different video chips (nVidia and Intel) and your particular model has the Intel chip (according to the Everest report). Anyway- use the drivers in the link I provided. If you have more problems, let us know. Good luck, and welcome to Major Geeks! :wave
