I have no sound. . .

    I have tried to reset my sound properties and the box has locked me out. I have tried to reinstall my drivers and the problem is still thereI have checked and it says that all the drivers are working properly BUT still It still does not work. So, I looked and it says it can not find device. I just don't know what else to do! Please give any advice that has not yet been tried! Thank you!
