I have ran through the Spyware killer page and ran all the programs

Can someone take a look at this log and tell me if there is anything that looks corrupt. I am having the following problems:

I keep getting the about:blank pop-up. Cant open some pages and the computer is running way too slow. Any help will be appreciated.

I downloaded 1.99 and also ran through the suggested cleaner and I am still having the problems. Here is the latest HJT log.

pls not in a temp folder or in documents and settings.
it is a program

please do not post an inline log. attatch it as a .txt file
and do not edit the log before attatching

we need your system info

 

you need to close IE run a new scan
have HJT fix these
(it's what I see at a glance)
